This policy explains how changes, cancellations and refunds work for flights booked by calling FlightBoking.com. Bookings are made by our independent travel booking partner.
Airline fare rules come first
Every airline ticket has fare rules set by the airline. They decide whether a ticket can be changed or refunded and what it costs. Some fares are non-refundable; others allow changes for a fee or a fare difference. The booking specialist explains the rules for your fare before you pay.
Before a ticket is issued
Calling us does not create a booking, so there is nothing to cancel until you agree to book. If you have approved a booking but the ticket has not been issued yet, contact us immediately at +1 (877) 415-8440.
After a ticket is issued
- Voluntary changes or cancellations: handled according to the airline’s fare rules. Any airline penalty, fare difference and our service fee (if any) will be explained before you agree.
- Refunds: when the fare rules allow a refund, our booking partner requests it from the airline on your behalf. Refund timing depends on the airline and payment provider.
- Airline cancellations or significant schedule changes: you may be entitled to a refund or rebooking under the airline’s policies and applicable law — for flights to, from or within the United States, this includes U.S. Department of Transportation rules. Our booking partner will help you with the request.
Service fees
If a service fee applies to a booking, the booking specialist will tell you before you pay whether that fee is refundable.
