Who we are
FlightBoking.com is an independent travel booking service. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. Calls to our phone number are answered by an independent travel booking partner, who makes the booking with you. FlightBoking.com may receive a referral fee for calls; this does not change the price you pay. When you book, your booking is with that partner, and your contract of carriage is with the airline operating your flight.
Our service
- Our website provides information and a phone number. It does not display live fares and does not complete bookings online.
- Calling is free of obligation. No seats are held and no payment is taken until you agree to book.
- Bookings are made only after you approve the itinerary and the total price with the booking specialist.
Prices and fees
Fares are set by the airlines and can change at any time until a ticket is issued. The booking specialist will tell you the total price — including taxes, airline charges and any service fee — before you pay. You will not be charged for anything you have not approved.
Your responsibilities
- Give traveler names exactly as they appear on the ID or passport used for travel.
- Check your itinerary and confirmation carefully and tell us about any error right away.
- Make sure every traveler has valid travel documents, visas and health requirements for the trip.
- Follow the airline’s check-in, baggage and boarding rules.

Flight disruptions
Schedule changes, delays and cancellations are controlled by the airline. Our booking partner will help you understand your options, but the airline’s policies and applicable law determine what you are entitled to.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for acts or omissions of airlines or other travel providers, or for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the traveler. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the “Last updated” date.
